9-3-5: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
The following activities are prohibited within wellhead protection areas:
   A.   The drilling of private water wells, for any purpose;
   B.   The drilling of injection wells;
   C.   The establishment or creation of dumps or landfills. (Ord. 225, 1993)
