9-3-1: SHORT TITLE:

This Chapter will be known as the THREE FORKS WELLHEAD PROTECTION ORDINANCE. The provisions of this Chapter will be effective within the City and the Mayor is hereby vested with the power to enforce the terms of this Chapter. This Chapter will establish prohibitions and restrictions to prevent public water supply contamination by hazardous or toxic substances. This Chapter shall be liberally construed to effect its purpose. (Ord. 225, 1993)
