6-3-6: EXCEPTIONS:
In the following exceptional cases, a minor in or upon any street or public place within the city during the hours provided in section 6-3-7 of this chapter shall not be considered in violation of this chapter when:
   A.   Accompanied by a parent of such minor.
   B.   Accompanied by a person over eighteen (18) years of age who is authorized by a parent of such minor to take said parent's place in accompanying said minor for a designated period of time and purpose within a specified area.
   C.   In the performance of an errand or duty directed by a parent of such minor.
   D.   Attending a school or religious activity. This exception will apply for one-half (1/2) hour after the completion of such activity.
   E.   Engaged in legally recognized employment. This exception will apply for the period from one-half (1/2) hour before to one-half (1/2) hour after work. (Ord. 234, 10-10-1995)
