A curfew restricting the time of day during which minor persons may appear on any of the streets or in any of the public places of the city is hereby established. No minor, as specified in section 6-3-7 of this chapter, shall be in or upon any street or public place within the city during the hours provided in section 6-3-7 of this chapter.
