5-8-1: CERTAIN VEHICLES PROHIBITED:

It shall be illegal to operate any boat, snowmobile, jet boat, ski boat, or other similar watercraft or snow machines on any of the Three Forks ponds when powered by any internal combustion engine, fuel powered engine or any other engine. Battery operated motors propelling watercraft are permitted on the middle and east ponds. (Ord. 265-2001, 8-13-2001)
