A. Form: The Corporate Seal of the City shall be circular in form with the words "City of Three Forks, Montana", on the upper part of the outer circle, and the words "County of Gallatin", on the lower part of said circle; and on the upper part of the smaller and interior circle the word "Incorporated", on the lower part of said circle the figures "1910", and in the center of said interior circle the word "Seal" in large letters. B. Authentication Of Documents: The Corporate Seal shall be used to authenticate all ordinances, and resolutions having the force and effect of an ordinance, all contracts entered into by the City, on the part of the City Council or authorized by the City Council, on all warrants drawn on the City Clerk, and on all acts on the part of the City Council or City officers duly authorized by the City Council whereby the City is intended to be bound.
