Sec. 1-9.105. Membership: Vacancies.
   A vacancy on the Planning Commission occurring by death, resignation, removal, or any other cause before the expiration of a corresponding Councilmember’s term shall be filled by nomination of that Councilmember and appointment by the Council for the unexpired term.
