Sec. 1-9.102. Membership.
   The Planning Commission shall consist of five (5) members. Such members shall not be officials or employees of the City but shall be residents of the City.
   The Community Development Director, the City Attorney, or their designated representative, shall be ex officio members of the Planning Commission.
