CHAPTER 14. OAK TREE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION*

* The regulations found in Ch. 14 were originally established by Ord. 137-NS, adopted 2-3-1970, and further amended by Ords. 581-NS, adopted 7-13- 1976, and 776-NS, passed 3-17-1981. Ord. 937-NS, adopted 10-14-1986 completely replaced and reorganized Ch. 14. After several amendments, as noted in the section histories, Ch. 14 was again replaced and reorganized by Ord. 1534-NS, adopted 3-9-2010. Ch. 14 was then re-designated as Article 42 of Chapter 4 of Title 9 by Part 3 of Ord. 1610-NS, adopted December 15, 2015 and effective January 15, 2016.
