Sec. 5-9.07. Violations.
   The proprietor of any establishment who wilfully refuses or fails to keep a register as required by the provisions of this chapter, or who wilfully refuses or fails to permit a peace officer to inspect, examine, or make copies of a register, shall be guilty of a violation of this Code pursuant to Section 1-2.01 of Chapter 2 of Title 1 of this Code.
