Sec. 5-9.03. Registers: Contents.

   The register required by the provisions of this chapter shall contain for each guest:

   (a)   His name and address;

   (b)   The day, month, and year when such person registered;

   (c)   The number of rooms he occupied;

   (d)   The name and address of every person over the age of twelve (12) years who accompanied him; and

   (e)   If the registered person arrived by motor vehicle, the year, make, and model of the vehicle, together with the license number and the state issuing such license for the vehicle.
