Sec. 1-6.03. Collection of treble damages for subsequent nuisance offense.
   Pursuant to the provisions of the Government Code, City may recover treble damages against the owner of property for abatement of a nuisance when a second or subsequent civil or criminal judgment occurs within two (2) years.
