(a) No person shall engage in, conduct, or use any public or private property, building, street, facility or residence in the City for location filming or still photography without obtaining a City permit pursuant to this Chapter. Permittee shall have a copy of the current permit on the site of the location filming or still photography at all times. A copy of the permit shall be made available upon request by any official or employee of the City.
(b) Permit exemptions. No permit shall be required for the following:
(1) Governmental filming;
(2) Any motion picture, television, video production, or still photography studio operating at its established or fixed place of business in the City;
(3) Current news.
