Sec. 4-6.01. Uniform Fire Code.
   The Ventura County Fire Protection District, pursuant to Section 13869.7 of the California Health and Safety Code, will adopt the most recent version of the Uniform Fire Code and any applicable local amendments thereto. The City Council shall ratify, as required by law, any local amendments to the Uniform Fire Code adopted by the Ventura County Fire Protection District.
