Sec. 4-3.1300. Recovery of emergency costs for driving under the influence.
   As authorized under State law, the City may recover its costs for providing emergency response to an incident involving any person who operated a motor vehicle, boat, vessel or civil aircraft while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or any drug, or the combined influence of both pursuant to the provisions of the California Government Code.
