Sec. 4-3.1211. Expiration and registration period.
   The initial State-wide bicycle plate shall expire on December 31, 1978. Renewal shall be indicated by a supplementary adhesive device affixed near the license plate and shall be issued for a three (3) year period commencing January 1, 1979.
