Upon an application for registration and licensing, the fee required pursuant to the provisions of subsection (a) of Section 4-3.1209 of this article shall be as follows:
(a) For January 1, 1976, to January 1, 1979, Two and no/100ths ($2.00) Dollars;
(b) For January 1, 1977, to January 1, 1979, One and 50/100ths ($1.50) Dollars; and
(c) For January 1, 1978, to January 1, 1979, One and no/100ths ($1.00) Dollar.
