Sec. 4-3.1209. Registration and license fees.
   (a)   A registration fee shall be paid to the City for the registration and licensing of every bicycle subject to registration and licensing by this article.
   (b)   For each transfer of the registration certificate, a fee shall be paid to the City.
   (c)   The amount of registration and license fees shall be set out in the City's Master Fee Resolution.
