Sec. 4-3.1208. Distribution of copies of registration forms.

   One copy of the registration form as to each bicycle registered shall be given to each of the following:

   (a)   The City (submit monthly to the Director of Finance with revenues);

   (b)   The Police Department (submit monthly);

   (c)   The owner (submit when issued); and

   (d)   The licensing agency (retain when issued).
