Sec. 4-3.560. Westlake Boulevard.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portions of Westlake Boulevard is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Autumn Ridge Drive to Avenida de los Arboles, forty-five (45) miles per hour.
   (b)   From Avenida de los Arboles to Route 101 Freeway, fifty (50) miles per hour.
