Sec. 4-3.556. Triunfo Canyon Road.
   The prima facie speed limits on the following portions of Triunfo Canyon Road are hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From the Los Angeles County line to Westlake Boulevard, forty-five (45) miles per hour; and
   (b)   From Westlake Boulevard to Hampshire Road, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
