Sec. 4-3.553. Tuolumne Avenue.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Tuolumne Avenue is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From McCloud Avenue to Gainsborough Road, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
