Sec. 4-3.552. Sunset Hills Boulevard.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Sunset Hills Boulevard is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Olsen Road to Erbes Road, fifty (50) miles per hour; and
   (b)   From Erbes Road to its easterly terminus, forty (40) miles per hour.
