Sec. 4-3.550. St. Charles Drive.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of St. Charles Drive is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Wilbur Road to McCloud Avenue, thirty-five (35) miles per hour
(§ II, Ord. 544-NS, eff. October 2, 1975, as amended by Ord. 1390-NS, eff. May 23, 2002)
