Sec. 4-3.548.5. Rolling Oaks Drive.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Rolling Oaks Drive is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Moorpark Road to the east City limits, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
