Sec. 4-3.548.3. Rockfield Street.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Rockfield Street is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Lindero Canyon Road to northerly intersection with Bowfield Street, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
