Sec. 4-3.546.2. Parkview Drive.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Parkview Drive is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Avenida de los Arboles to one hundred fifty (150) feet north of Knightsbridge Avenue, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
