Sec. 4-3.541. Mountclef Boulevard.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Mountclef Boulevard is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Avenida de los Arboles to Magellan Street, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
