Sec. 4-3.532.4. Lang Ranch Parkway.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Lang Ranch Parkway is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Westlake Boulevard to Oak Valley Lane, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.

Sec.    The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Lesser Drive is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Reino Road to San Telmo Circle, thirty (30) miles per hour.
