Sec. 4-3.525. Hodencamp Road.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Hodencamp Road is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Thousand Oaks Boulevard to Wilbur Road, thirty-five, (35) miles per hour.
