Sec. 4-3.517. Duesenberg Drive.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Duesenberg Drive is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Hillcrest Drive to Thousand Oaks Boulevard, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
