Sec. 4-3.515.8. Campus Drive.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Campus Drive is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Olsen Road to five-hundred (500') feet south of Bainbridge Court, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
