Sec. 4-3.508. Avenida de las Flores.
   The prima facie speed limits on the following portions of Avenida de las Flores are hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Lynn Road to Montegomery Road, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
   (b)   From Montgomery Road to Erbes Road, forty (40) miles per hour.
