Sec. 4-3.506.5. Auto Mall Drive/Duesenberg Drive.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portion of Auto Mall Drive is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Thousand Oaks Boulevard to its easterly terminus, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
