Sec. 1-15.02. Election to fill Council vacancy.
   All vacancies of the Thousand Oaks City Council shall be filled through election. If a vacancy occurs on the Thousand Oaks City Council, this chapter requires that a special election be called immediately to fill the Council vacancy.
