Sec. 8-1.01. Amendments: California Building Code.
   The City Council, after due consideration, finds and determines that due to the geographical location of the City and the unusual climatic, geological, and topographical conditions prevailing within the City, the public health, safety, and welfare would best be served by adopting and amending the 2022 California Building Codes.
