Sec. 9-10.504. Density bonus or incentive for child care facility.

A residential development containing the requisite number of affordable units pursuant to the requirements of this article, that contains a child care facility may be eligible for an additional density bonus or incentive, pursuant to the requirements set forth in California Government Code Section65915(i).
