Sec. 1-4.203. Notice of Denial or Revocation.
   Notice of any decision by the City to deny any application or refuse to renew, suspend, or revoke any license, permit or privilege granted pursuant to such application based on Section 1-4.201 or 1-4.202, above, shall be in writing to the applicant and shall be effective upon delivery or upon mailing to their address of record.
