Sec. 3-6.02. Permits: Required.
   No person may engage in the following business without first obtaining a permit:
   (a)   Junk collector;
   (b)   Junk dealer;
   (c)   Pawnbroker;
   (d)   Secondhand dealer; and
   (e)   Antique dealer.
