Sec. 3-5.101. Created.
   To comply with the provisions of Section 2113 of Chapter 3 of Division 3 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State, there is hereby created in the City treasury a special fund to be known as the “Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund.”
