Sec. 9-4.3103. Hillside Planned Development Single-Family Detached sub-zone (H-P-D–S-F-D).
   Only the uses identified in Article 21 of this chapter as being permitted in the Hillside Planned Development Single-Family Detached (H-P-D–S-F-D) sub-zone shall be established or maintained on property located therein, subject to the permitting requirements and limitations set forth in said Article 21. All other provisions of this article shall apply in the H-P-D–S-F-D sub-zone.
