Sec. 1-12.103. Unlawful use of city badges.
   It shall be unlawful for any person other than one designated by Council Resolution pursuant to this chapter to wear, exhibit, or use the badge of a City official or employee, with the intent of fraudulently impersonating a City official or employee, or of fraudulently inducing the belief that he/she is a City official or employee. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of this Code pursuant to Section 1-2.01 of Chapter 2 of Title 1 of this Code.
