(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 50.04 shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in such amounts as set from time to time by the Town Council, to which fines may be added the costs of prosecution.
