(A) Storage. It shall be unlawful for any person to accumulate, store, or keep trash, waste paper, and/or garbage within the town outside of a closed container.

(B) Burning trash and the like in a fire zone. It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any trash, waste paper, and/or garbage, unless in an approved incinerator, within the business fire zone of the town.

(C) Hours regulated. It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any trash, waste paper, and/or garbage within the town between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
