(A) The fee for a mobile home permit shall be in an amount as set from time to time by the Town Council, including a certificate of occupancy.
(B) Mobile home permits, applications for mobile home permits, and certificates of occupancy shall be available at the Town Clerk/Treasurer’s office.
(C) Applications must be submitted for all proposed placings, locations, or parking of mobile homes, and the permit must issue before the mobile home may be placed, located, or parked.
(D) No occupancy of the mobile home shall be allowed prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy by the town’s Building Inspector.
