Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and forfeit and pay to the town a sum as set from time to time by the Town Council for each offense so committed, plus the costs of prosecution. Each day of violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
