§ 151.05 OCCUPANCY WITHOUT SEWER SYSTEM CONNECTION DEEMED UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to permanently locate for occupancy any mobile home, motor home, or travel trailer within the corporate limits of the town without approved connection to the sanitary sewer system of the town.
