§ 150.106 USES RESTRICTED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to build, erect, construct, or maintain any building within the Residence District to be used for business, manufacturing, or industrial purposes, or for any purpose other than residence, or the necessary outbuildings for use in connection with a residence and for the convenience and comfort of the inhabitant of such residence without first obtaining a permit so to do from the Council.
   (B)   Any building or structure used exclusively for business or industrial purposes which is situated within the Residence District on the date of the passage of the ordinance from which this section is derived, shall not be affected by this section; nor shall any residence property situated within the Business District be in any way affected by this section.
