§ 150.005 NUISANCE DECLARED.
   Any person erecting, building, demolishing, or maintaining any structure or building within the town in violation of the provisions of this subchapter is guilty of maintaining a nuisance and such nuisance shall be ordered abated as part of the punishment therefor. The cost of the prosecution shall be adjudged against the defendant.
