§ 110.05 SOLICITOR’S CERTIFICATE.
   (A)   Application. Any person desiring to engage in the business of solicitor within the town shall, before engaging in such business, file with the Town Clerk/Treasurer an application containing his or her name and address, the firm or corporation which he or she represents and the kinds of goods to be offered for sale, and the length of time during which he or she desires to engage in such business.
   (B)   Issuance. Upon the filing of such statement, and the approval by the Town Clerk/Treasurer, the Town Clerk/Treasurer shall issue to such applicant a certificate authorizing him or her to engage in the business of solicitor within the town during the time requested in the application.
